The method mainly comprises the following four steps of: raw material pretreatment, microbial strain inoculation, aerobic fermentation and aging. The raw materials (percentage by weight) are as follows: 60% to 80% of hickory epicarp, 5% to 20% of crop stalks and 15% to 20% of lake mud; and the inoculated fermentation strain is Gulin microbial preparation accounting for 0.1% to 0.3% the weight of the raw material mixture.
