The Technology of Extracting Effective Components from Rumex gmelini by Compound Enzymolysis Method

Objective To extract effective components from Rumex gmelini Turcz by compound enzymolysis method and research the optimal technology. Methods Using resveratrol glucoside,resveratrol,chrysoretin,musizin,emodin,chrysophanol,physcion of Rumex gmelini Turcz and rate of creaming as indexes.The orthogonal design experiment and multiple guidelines grading method were adopted to optimize extracting process. Results The optimum conditions were as follows:compound enzyme amount 3%,enzymatic extraction time 120 min,enzymolysis temperature 40 ℃ and pH=6.
