Investigation on Female's Health Condition with Different Occupations in Lunan District from 2006 to 2007

[Objective] To understand the female's health condition,in order to make up health promotion strategy.[Methods]Physical Examination was conducted for 2 065 females from municipal government organizations,institutions in service and some retired females in Zaozhuan,Linyi and Ji'ning from Oct 2006 to Dec 2007.[Results]Of the 2 065 persons tested,905 were detected to had some diseases.The morbidity rate was 43.83%.The morbidity rate in middle-level cadres was 44.90%(873) and others were 43.04%(1 192)(P0.05).The morbidity rate of the target people of hyperplasia of lobule of breast,erosion of cervix,bacterial kysthitis,chronic cervicitis,hyperlipemia,hypertension and uterine myoma was 31.86%,21.55%,16.95%,16.76%,9.88% 9.59% and 5.18% respectively.The morbidity rate of different gynaecopathia in middle level cadres was 34.82% while it was 36.49% among general cadres(P0.05).The morbidity rate of hyperlipemia and hypertension was higher among middle level cadres than that among general cadres(P0.01).The rate of sub-health condition was 68.14% among the target people,while it was 75.95% among middle level cadres and 2.43% among general cadres.[Conclusion]The health condition of female cadres and businesswomen were poorer than that of the other female workers.
