The invention relates to a floating type storage device used for natural gas liquefaction and revaporization. The floating type storage device comprises a ship body, a feed system, a desulphurization decarburization system, a dehydration system, a liquefaction system, a first flash steam compressor system, a second flash steam compressor system, an exhaust gas combustion system, a refrigerant supplying system, a heating medium system, a revaporization system, storage tanks and an unloading zone. According to the floating type storage device, the feed system and the unloading zone are arranged symmetrically on the middle parts of the two sides of the ship body, so that inputting and outputting of natural gas are convenient, powerful conditions are provided for entire system arrangement, an annular construction can be formed by arranging related auxiliary equipment around the beginning and the fishing of technological processes. The arrangement is capable of gathering the storage tanks filled with combustibles, shrinking a dangerous zone, at the same time, shortening the distance between an auxiliary service system and a serviced system in a limited space, avoiding influences of undersized pipeline bending radius on output, realizing symmetrical weight arrangement of the entire device, and ensuring stability of the whole device on the sea.
