Effection of interventional therapy acted to the levels of coupling factor 6 and its mechanism in coronary heart disease

Objective To analyse the effection of interventional therapy acted to the levels of coupling factor 6(CF6) ,and to study what the mechanism is in coronary heart disease.Methods Coronary heart disease patients were divided into two groups-control group(coronary angiography group) and experiment group(angiography and interventional therapy group) according to the clinical conditions.Their ulnar vein blood was taked on an empty stomach in the day of the operation and in the next day,and the concentration of the CF6 was detected with method of radioimmunity.Results The concentration of the CF6 was(203.13±61.99) pg/ml before the operation,and it was(243.57±36.97) pg/ml after that in the experiment group,and it had an obvious increase(P0.01) .But its level was(192.90±52.68) pg/ml before the operation and was(201.06±63.33) pg/ml after that in the control group.There was not a marked change in the control group(P0.05) after the operation.The plasma CF6 levels in the experiment group were positively correlated with the times of the operations(r=0.435,P0.05) ,the cumulative time of the balloon to expand(r=0.617,P0.01) ,the number of times that the balloon to expand(r=0.575,P 0.01) ,the change of the electrocardiogram ST section in the operations(r=0.567,P0.01) and the average numbers of the stents implanted(r=0.674,P0.01) .Conclusion Interventional therapy made the expression and the release of the CF6 seted up,probably because it have maked something taken place to the heart,such as the coronary artery's mechanical injury,myocardium ischemical reperfusion injury,the small branches of coronary artery's injury and slow blood flow,which have led to a myocardial ischemia,and the change of the haemodynamics that have induced the shear stress changed.
