Experiment and Calculation of Pressure Drop of Pulverized-coal in Vertical Pipes and Circular Bends

WT5”BZ]It is important to calculate the pressure drop of a pulverization system accurately for the choice of equipment.This paper first reviews the results obtained by other researchers about the pressure drop of a vertical pipe and circular bend,and then describes the results obtained in our gas solid flow tester.Based on the results and dimensional analysis method,several new formulae are deduced,which are of reasonable precision and are suitable for actual pressure drop calculation of a pulverization system.
