IZGRADNJA I UPRAVLJANJE VIRTUALNIM PRIVATNIM MREŽAMA

Virtual Private Network or VPN is a technology that allows secure connection of computers or private networks to a shared virtual private network over a public network infrastructure (usually the Internet). This paper will explain some of the most common technologies based on VPN communication, transmission methods, security level, network management methods and network traffic analysis. The practical part will show the configuration of network equipment based on the IPsec protocol in combination with the AH (Authentication Header) subprotocol which ensure the authentication, integrity and non-repudiation of IP datagrams and ESP (Encapsulating Security Payload) subprotocol which ensures confidentiality of IP datagrams.
