Significance of Staphylococcus Aureus Detection for the Anaphylactoid Purpura Patients

Objective To study the germ-carrying with staphylococcus aureus of anaphylactoid purpura patients and the relationship between the clinical characteristics of anaphylactoid purpura and staphylococcus aureus.Methods ① 248 cases of anaphylactoid purpura(observation group 1) and 60 cases of healthy people(control group 1) were carried out staphylococcal correlation detection and sensitivity test;② The total 78 cases of Henoch purpura patients(40 cases) and mixed-type with bellyache patients(38 cases) were observation group 2,60 cases of healthy people were the control group 2,both of them was carried out staphylococcal correlation detection and sensitivity test;selected antibiotic by sensitivity test and helped to learn curative effect.Results The staphylococcus aureus detection from the observation group 1 and contro l group 1 had no statistical difference,the observation group 2 and control group 2 had significant statistical difference.The stubborn disease(swab bacterial culture display:staphylococcus aureus over 2+)relieved after treatment with sensitive antibiotic.Conclusion The incidence of anaphylactoid purpura,especially henoch purpura is related with bellyache and staphylococcus aureus,Bacterial culture and sensitivity test for diagnosis and treatment of anaphylactoid purpura is of great significance.
