The adenocarcinoma of prostate tends to affect bone in a high percentage; however the customary location is axial form. It is made biopsy with histopathology report of adenocarcinoma of prostate with sum of Gleason = 6; prostate specific antigen of 60 ng/dL, without bony metastases. Six months later it is appreciated metastases in the distal third of straight leg with affection of calcaneus's bone, which is corroborated by biopsy.
