The effect of continuous ABC scheduling mode on the outcome score and cognitive function of cerebral infarction

2018
Objective To investigate the effect of continuous ABC scheduling on the outcome score and cognitive function of cerebral infarction. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 200 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 100 cases of each group. In the care group of the control group, the traditional scheduling mode was implemented, and the ABC continuous scheduling mode was implemented in the nursing work of the observation group.Comparison of the two groups of patients before and after treatment of cerebral infarction efficacy score indicators and cognitive function of the situation. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). After nursing, the NIHSS score of patients in both groups was lower than that before nursing, while the ADL score and MMSE score were higher than that before nursing, and the difference before and after nursing was statistically significant (P<0.05). The improvement of the above scores was more significant in the observation group after nursing, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions ABC continuous scheduling mode can effectively improve nerve function defects in patients with cerebral infarction, enhance cognitive function and improve daily life ability. Key words: ABC continuous scheduling mode; Cerebral infarction; Efficacy score indicators; Cognitive function
