Research on Parameters Optimization of 20g Steel Deep Penetration Laser Welding Based on Orthogonal Test

The porosity of 20g steel deep penetration laser welding is a common defect,which has a great influence on welding quality.This paper makes an experiment on parameters of deep penetration laser welding by orthogonal test.Through analyzing the test data,we obtain the optimum parameters by orthogonal selection,and based on it,we get the effect of reasonable fewer number of porosities,which provides a foundation for further study.
