Association between drug-related genes ABCB1, CYP2B6, and CYP3A5 polymorphisms and the degree of neutropenia caused by chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer

2019
Objective To investigate the association between metabolism drug-related genes ABCB1, CYP2B6 and CYP3A5 polymorphism and the degree of neutropenia caused by chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer, and the influence factors of the degree of neutrophil decrease were analyzed. Methods During 2011 to 2015 in our hospital, 400 cases of breast cancer patients were selected as the research object, the general information and all patients with severe neutropenia to reduce the incidence of disease, analysis of metabolism drug related genes ABCB1, CYP2B6, CYP3A5 genotypes and severity in patients with different clinical data of neutral neutropenia incidence of disease, to analyze risk factors of severe neutral neutropenia in patients with breast cancer by logistic multivariate regression. Results The incidence of severe neutropenia of CT or TT genotype of ABCB1 1236C>T, CYP2B6 with non *6 alleles in patients of breast cancer were significantly higher than the patients with CC genotype of ABCB1 1236C>T, the CYP2B6*6 alleles(P T genotype, CYP2B6*6 allele, basal WBC, and basal Hb were risk factors for severe neutropenia in breast cancer patients after chemotherapy. Conclusion Metabolism drug-related genes CYP2B6, ABCB1 polymorphisms were risk factors for severe neutropenia caused by chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer, it was worthy of attention in the clinical treatment process.
