Rigid-Flexible Coupling Simulation and Test Research of Thin-Skinned Body of Tracked Vehicle

The thin-skinned body of tracked vehicle is taken as the research object in this paper, and the model of the rigid-flexible coupling simulation is established by using the technology of the finite element and multi-body dynamics comprehensively. Then the data of the load and stress strain of some typical parts of tracked vehicle, such as the center of mass of the thin-skinned body, the fender and the support of the carrier pulley, are obtained and studied from the cosimulation. Finally, through the actual vehicle test, the test data is compared with the simulation data and the rationality of the simulation model is verified, which provides a feasible technology approach for the optimal design of the thin-skinned body structure of tracked vehicle.
