Percutaneous endoureterotomy of uretero-ileal stenosis in the Camey-Le Duc substitution bladder. Our experience in two cases.
1991
: Two patients with a Camey-Le Duc substitution bladder who presented monolateral uretero-ileal stenosis were treated by percutaneous endoureteral incision using electrocautery and moulding stents. The results were encouraging in one patient after 12 months follow-up. In the other case, however, endourological manipulation had solely symptomatic purpose since the stenosis was caused by local recurrence of primitive neoplasm.
