Separation and restoration connecting structure and method for lower keels and rack of roving frame

2016
The invention relates to a separation and restoration connecting structure and method for lower keels and a rack of a roving frame. There are at least four joints between the lower keels and the rack, including the joint (1) arranged between the lower keel on a headstock of the roving frame and the rack, the joint (2) between the side edge of each lower keel and the rack, the joint (3) between the bottom of each lower keel and the rack and the joint (4) between the lower keel on a tailstock of the roving frame and the rack, so that the lower keels (5) are in sliding connection with a head wallboard (14), a middle wallboard (23) and a tail wallboard (46) of the rack respectively, and the lower keels (5) move up and down along a rack guide rail in the spinning process. Reciprocating mechanisms capable of separating and restoring when driven by an air cylinder are used at all the joints between the lower keels (5) and the rack, so the lower keels can move up and down along the rack guide rail and separate or restore relative to the rack. When yarn is wound around a whole bobbin and the bobbin is required to be moved out of the rack for collective doffing, connection or restoration between the lower keels and the rack can be smoothly removed. On the basis of existing equipment, investment is small, and the refitting effect is good.
