The Structure Optimization Design of the Anti-climbing Device Based on Optistruct

The optimization technology combined with dimension optimization and shape optimization based on Optistruct is applied,the multi-target,multi-task optimized design method for product structure is discussed,and the energy-absorbing anti-climbing device for metro is used as an example to make the optimization analysis that can meet the two target requirements of static strength and bumping design.In the end,the optimization result is verified through static strength analysis and collision simulation,and the effectiveness of the method is proved.
