2013
Objective Observe the effects of small bone window craniotomy surgery and craniotomy surgery in treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Divide 54 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients into two groups.Give the patients small bone window craniotomy surgery and craniotomy surgery, respectively.Observe the operation time and the amount of bleeding during the operation, and score the neurological deficits before and after the operation among both groups of patients. Results The operation time and the amount of bleeding during the operation of the first group is less than the second group (P<0.05).The score of the neurological deficit one month after the operation for the first group is obviously lower than the second group (P<0.05).The potency for the first group totaled 88.9%,higher than 66.7% of the second group (P<0.05).Conclusion Small hone window craniotomy surgery is a better choice for treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage than craniotomy surgery.
