Kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan dipengaruhi oleh faktor individu, faktor psikologis dan faktor organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perawat dalam memenuhi kelengkapan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit wilayah Pontianak Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 53 responden dengan teknik total sampling. Hasil analisis bivariat diperoleh ada nya pengaruh faktor sikap, imbalan, dan beban kerja terhadap kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan. Faktor yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan adalah umur, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, lama kerja, pelatihan, pengetahuan, kepemimpinan, dan fasilitas format. Hasil analisis multivariat dengan menggunakan regresi linier diperoleh faktor beban kerja yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan. Kesimpulan: faktor yang mempengaruhi kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan adalah sikap, imbalan dan beban kerja. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah beban kerja. Kata kunci: Kelengkapan, dokumentasi keperawatan di IGD, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ABSTRACT Completeness of nursing documentation reflected the quality of nursing care in the hospital. Completeness of nursing documentation was influenced by individual factors, psychological factors and organizational factors. The aim of this study was analyzed the factors that influence nurses to fulfill the completeness of the nursing documentation in the emergency department of Hospital in Pontianak West Borneo region. The analytic survey with cross sectional approach was used. The samples used 53 respondents with total sampling technique. Results of bivariate analysis showed attitudes, rewards, and workload influence the completeness of nursing documentation. The factors of age, gender, education level, length of employment, training, knowledge, leadership, and facilities format showed no influence. Multivariate were analiyzed using linear regression showed workload factors that most influence the completeness of nursing documentation. Conclusions: Completeness of nursing documentation was influenced by attitude, rewards and workload.
