LES OCCLUSIONS SUR MESENTERE COMMUN CHEZ L'ADULTE

The authors report five cases of common mesentery discovered at the time of an occlusion operation. They insist on the rarity and latency of this pathology, which is sometimes dramatic. Their analysis is about diagnostic difficulties, pathologiy aspects and therapeutic problems. Finally, they show the interest of preventive treatment of common mesentery diagnosed before the occurrence of occlusion.
