Étude de la spasmophilie dans les algies rhumatismales et relations avec le système HLA

1981
Electromyographic signs of spasmophily have been found to be increased by patients suffering from functional low back pain (n=50), cervical pain (n=50) and painful shoulder (n=35) compared to control patients suffering from any other established osteoarticular painful disease of another region (n=50). Similarly electromyographic signs of spasmophily are increased by patients suffering from functional low back pain (n=50) compared to patients suffering from lumbarthrosis (n=50). In 40 classical spasmophilic patients HLA B 5, HLA B 12, HLA BW 17 and HLA BW 40 have been found to be less frequent than in a control population of 60 blood donors. This suggests that genetic factors related to the 6th chromosome might be implicated in the development of spasmophily.
