Cystic adenomatoid malformation of the lung. A case report

: We report one case of congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation of the lung (C.A.A.M.) diagnosed at 24 weeks of gestation with cocommitant fetal hydraps. The diagnosis of (C.A.A.M.) type I was confirmed histologically.
