Objective:To improve the understanding,early diagnosis and early treatment of IPA.Method:Retrospectively examin-ing and analyzing clinical records of ten IPA cases previously collected in our hospital.Result:All ten admitted patients were consistent with the IPA diagnosis.Six patients were confirmed by Bronchoscopy biopsy,and four patients were confirmed by clinical diagnosis of brushing and sputum culture tests.Under Bronchoscopy examination,the main observations are mucosal congestion and edema,polypoid mass,or pseudoembranous bronchitis airway.By oral treatment of Itraconazole,all ten patients could eventually reach clinical recovery.Conclusion:The symptoms of IPA are atypical.Bronchoscopy examination is of vital importance to early diagnosis of IPA.For patients who have mild or moderate symptoms,oral treatment of Itraconazole is effective yet economical.
