Method and retraction system of vehicle seat belt stalk and vehicle thus equipped

The invention aims to implement a retraction of seat belt buckle strand compatible with a tool-based extraction. To do this, the invention provides for passing the seat belt stalk from an operative position to a decoupling constraint retracted position of the seat. A retraction system (2) loop strand (3) of seat belt comprises in particular a support (5) on which is mounted the loop strand (3) in rotation via an arm (31) about a mechanical axis (51) transverse to the support (5) and a seat frame (4; 4a, 4b). In this system (2), the seat frame (4; 4a, 4b) is provided with a lateral position cam (6), rotatably mounted around an axis (X'X) and jointed with said arm (31) around a movable connecting pin (32). Said arm (31) is driven between a use position, wherein the cam (6) drives the loop wire (3) under the constraint of a return spring (52) mounted on the transverse mechanical axis (51), and a position in which the loop strand (3) is retracted under spring preload (52) and wherein the seat (1) can be extracted by direct decoupling.
