A new technology of automatic removing foulingin heat transfer tubes with twisted strip

A new technology of automatic removing fouling,in which using the plastic twisted strip-inserts solves the wear and tear problem and a special inlet bearing enlarges the cleaning force moment, is introduced. The experiments show that such clean is effective and the new technology can be used in industry at low flowing velocity. The heat transfer enhancement is 52.6%. This is 60%more than steel spiral. In addition, the total resistance of equipment is not great.
