H7 avian influenza virus subtype detection of colloidal gold strip

2014
The present invention discloses a method for detecting H7 subtypes of avian influenza virus colloidal gold strip. The present invention provides a method for detecting the colloidal gold H7 avian influenza virus immunochromatographic strip, comprising a support plate and disposed thereon a sample pad, conjugate pad impregnated with the gold-labeled antibody, comprising detection line T and the control line C NC membrane and absorbent pad; and the gold-labeled antibody labeled H7 avian influenza virus is a monoclonal antibody colloidal gold. The present invention is a sample pad, NC membrane-associated pad, test and control line marking, the absorbent pad is assembled according to the following process in a support plate, wherein the coupling pad impregnated with gold-labeled monoclonal antibody H7, test and control lines sprayed film is made H7 polyclonal antibodies and rabbit anti-mouse lgG. The test strip of the present invention has the following advantages: simple operation, good specificity, high sensitivity and reliable diagnosis; suitable for field testing H7 subtypes of avian influenza virus infection, especially for establishments or individuals on-site rapid testing.
