The invention discloses a real-time sensing and intelligent regulating system of the testee respiratory capacity and an implementation method of the real-time sensing and intelligent regulating system. The real-time sensing and intelligent regulating system comprises a vent valve, a flow sensor, a pulse sensor, a converter, a simulation operating system and a control chip, wherein the flow sensorwhich is used for monitoring the flow of a gas inlet is arranged in the gas inlet, the pulse sensor is used for monitoring the heart rate, the converter is used for converting the gas flow speed of the gas inlet and the heart rate monitoring result data, and is adapted through a computing storage to transmit the data to the simulation operating system; the simulation operating system is used for conducting fitting operations on the heart rate data and the respiratory capacity data according to a preset heart rate-respiratory capacity control model and assigning values of related relations to the control chip; the control chip is used for calculating the respiratory capacity according to the heart rate value which is transmitted in real time, comparing the respiratory capacity with actually-measured respiratory capacity, and sending a control instruction to a control valve. By means of the real-time sensing and intelligent regulating system of the testee respiratory capacity and the implementation method of the real-time sensing and intelligent regulating system, a precise estimation and automatic control system of a crowd behavior mode can be built, and a scientific basis is provided for accurately obtaining important parameters for monitoring air exposure behaviors of a tested crowd.
