Abstract The management of fractures of the midface has undergone significant evolution as practitioners have gained a more in-depth understanding of the interplay with the remainder of the craniofacial skeleton. This chapter addresses the history, classification, diagnosis, work-up, techniques for management, and complications associated with the treatment of complex Le Fort level fractures.
