Among the foot dysfunctions the commonly reportedwere calfmuscle cramps (64.7%) heel pain on standing (42%), pins and needles in the foot (32.4%), swelling around ankles (31.9%) and foot pain (23.5%). Conclusion(s): Foot dysfunctions are reported during the second and third trimester. Significant changes in the structure of the foot happen during pregnancy. Proprioceptive dysfunction in the ankle is noted during the third trimester. Implications: The changes in the foot and the dysfunctions reported during the pregnancy warrants comprehensive foot health program during pregnancy.
