Image Ship Target Detection SAR Complex Environment

The detection of SAR image ship targets in complex scenarios has been a great challenge. In this paper, the high performance algorithm framework of the improved YOLOv3 algorithm is proposed to increase the weight ratio of important feature regions and make full use of peripheral information. Finally, the experimental results show that the algorithm improves the accuracy compared with the original network.
