Intercomparison of Three Epithermal Neutron-Based Clinical Trials of BNCT

A prerequisite for any clinical trial is a good idea, which is worth testing. The research work on Boron Neutron Capture Therapy, a special radiation therapeutic modality which theoretically allows the selective irradiation of tumor cells with high linear energy transfer radiation has reached the first step of clinical testing. To test a new therapy is a long term project, involving different types of clinical trials during its development.
