Analysis of 5G Radio Parameters and their Impact on the Peak Data Rate

In this paper, we have analyzed the 5G peak data rate depending on 5G radio parameters in different technology modes expressly Frequency Division Duplex and Time Division Duplex. Numerical results show the 5G optimized throughputs with respect to a flexible numerology for frequency range 1, frequency range 2 and their spectral efficiency. We have also shown that the 5G new radios structure type as well as the number of beams have an impact on the overhead and peak data rate. We obtained 14 Gbps of Maximum Downlink throughput in millimeter wave spectrum using carrier aggregation.
