A Study of Micro-blogging in College English Writing Teaching

It has been a trend that with the development of the Internet and multimedia technology,the reform of college English teaching has quickened its steps and the traditional teaching mode is gradually being replaced by the Internet-based and computer-aided multimedia teaching mode.As a new Internet-based cooperative and communicative media,micro-blogging helps to build an open space for writing,provides real situations for writing practice,and improves both cooperativeness and independence in writing,with the purpose of enhancing college English teaching for writing as well as students’writing proficiency.
