The invention discloses a homologous arm vector construction method used for a CRISPR/Cas 9 technology. The invention provides a reagent box for performing homologous recombination on foreign DNA molecules to a DNA fragment to be edited by using CRISPR/Cas 9, comprising a homologous recombination DNA fragment or an expression box or a recombination carrier for expressing the homologous recombination DNA fragment, and a CRISPR/Cas 9 system or an expression box or a recombination carrier for expressing the CRISPR/Cas 9 system; the CRISPR/Cas9 system comprises SgRNA and Cas 9 or mRNA of the Cas 9. The method relates to selecting an sgRNA recognition sequence, modifying a specific site on a homologous arm carrier and using a Gibson assembly method to quickly build a carrier, and has an extensive use range in a process of building a transgenic animal model by using the CRISPR/Cas 9 technology.
