Preparation of cracking catalyst and catalytic cracking by using it

PURPOSE: To obtain a zeolite contg. catalyst for catalytic cracking which has an improved attrition resistance and which causes an improved octane number. CONSTITUTION: A zeolite is added in an aq. slurry, at a pH range of 2-6, contg. a phosphate, to which a matrix precursor is added to form a homogenous slurry. The slurry is spray dried to form catalyst particles.
