Key technology of ultrafine grain steel

The development of domestic and overseas research on ultrafine grain steel is summarized.The influence of grain fining on comprehensive performance of steel product is systematically analyzed.This paper also introduces the key technologies of manufacturing ultrafine grain steel,for example,micro-alloying,magnetic or electric fields treatment,heat treatment,deformation-induced ferrite transformation,severe plastic deformation,TMCP technique(Thermo-Mechanical Control Process) and so on.At last,the problem in the production and application of ultrafine grain steel is introduced.
