Waste heat recovery device, in particular for an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle

The invention relates to a waste heat recovery device (1) for a motor vehicle, - with a waste heat utilization circuit (2), in which a working means (3) circulates, - downstream of a conveyor device having a waste heat utilization circuit (2) (4) arranged evaporator (5) for evaporating the working medium (3), wherein the waste heat utilization device (1) comprises an exhaust pipe for guiding exhaust gas (A) from an internal combustion engine (7) which is thermally coupled fluidically from the waste heat utilization circuit (2) separately and for evaporating the working medium (3) therewith, and wherein the waste heat utilization device (1) comprises an exhaust bypass line (8) through which the exhaust gas from the internal combustion engine is thermally separated from the waste heat utilization circuit (2) through the evaporator (5) or at the evaporator (5) is moved past, - with a valve means (11) which is shared between a first state in which the exhaust pipe (6) for through-flow of exhaust gas (A) and the exhaust bypass line (8) is closed, and a second state in which the exhaust bypass line (8) for through-flow of exhaust gas (A) is released and the exhaust pipe (6) is closed, is adjustable.
