It is a type of sarcomatoid carcinoma with very poor prognosis. It is usually seen in patients in the age group of 50–80 years. Exact etiology is unknown till now. We report a rare case of primary pulmonary SCC in a young nonsmoker patient who presented in a very advanced stage.
