Bare conductor possessing super hydrophobicity

The invention relates to a bare conductor possessing super hydrophobicity. The bare conductor comprises an aluminum alloy wire. A super hydrophobic film is formed on the aluminum alloy wire and a contact angle of the film and water is not lower than 130 degree. The bare conductor possesses good tensile strength, excellent creep-resistance performance and bending resistance performance and can be applied to aluminum-alloy stranded wire lines of middle intensity and high intensity. The super hydrophobic film possesses excellent hydrophobicity and anti-icing performance under a low temperature condition, does not contain fluorine-containing polymer and has low cost.
