RESENTATION 56-year-old man with a 2-week history of fatigue was ound to have pancytopenia. Acute precursor B cell lymhoblastic leukemia with hyperdiploidy was diagnosed after bone marrow biopsy. Complete remission was achieved ith chemotherapy. However, despite recovery from neuropenia, the induction phase was complicated by persistent seudomonas aeruginosa bacteremia. Subsequently, comuted tomography of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis reealed a 7.1 cm x 6.3 cm presacral abscess (Figure 1). This xtended retroperitoneally, causing bilateral hydronephrosis Figure 2).
