The effect of cortisone on the glucose-6-phosphatase activity in normal and regenerating rat liver

Abstract The influence of therapeutic and toxic doses of cortisone on the glucose-6-phosphatase activity of normal and regenerating rat livers has been investigated. A significant increase in enzymic activity has been found only in the regenerating livers.
