KORELASI KADAR HEPCIDIN DAN KADAR FERITIN PADA WANITA HAMIL

Background: Stress is a physical or psychic reaction to the demands that cause tension and disrupt has a high enough stress level. This study aims to determine the level of nurse stress in Psychiatric Hospital Prof.Dr.Muhammad Ildrem North Sumatera Province. Methods: This research method is descriptive research us cross-sectional design and sampling technique used in this research is accidental sampling. Sampling using the solving formula with 60 samples. This research is done in a Psychiatric Hospital Prof.Dr.Muhammad Ildrem North Sumatera Province. Measuring too to determine the nurse’s stress level using the questionnaire. Results: Based on the results of the research stress level is light stress as many as 53 people (88,3%). The mildest stress was found in respondents with age between 33 people (55,0%). The mildest stress was found in respondents with age between 36 – 40 years as many as 29 people (48,3%). Mild stress is encountered in many respondents with a D3 level of education as much as 38 people (63,3%). Mild stress is often found in respondents who work with the duration of work between stress 11 – 15 years as many as 27 people (45,0%). Conclusion: Based on this research it is concluded that the most stress level on nurses in psychiatric prof. Dr. Muhammad Ildrem North Sumatera Province is 53 people (88,3%).
