Method Twelve eyes for eight patients with a refractive error more than four diopters underwent surgery to correct the refractive error, three years after keratoplasty. The twelve eyes had been followed up six months after the surgery. Results Most patients improved after surgery, and there were no significant complications. Conclusion The implantable contact lens can be used to correct significant residual refractive error after keratoplasty.
