Care plan adjustment system and care plan adjustment method

Provided are a care plan adjustment system and a care plan adjustment method, with which it is possible to appropriately care for a care recipient, on the basis of a care plan adjusted in accordance with the state of the care recipient, while reducing the burden of a nurse or caregiver, for example. The care plan adjustment system includes: a central control device which stores a care plan of a care recipient; an input device which inputs, to the central control device, care data comprising at least one of an execution time and content of an autonomous act performed by a care recipient himself/herself in accordance with the contents of the care plan of the care recipient, an amount of ingested material ingested by the care recipient and the ingestion time, a value collected from the body of the care recipient and the collection time, and an execution time and content of a care act performed by a caregiver in respect to the care recipient; and a terminal communicably connected to the central control device. If the care data input from the input device misses, by a threshold value or more, a target amount or target timing prescribed by the care plan of the care recipient, the central control device creates a supplementation plan for care data to be collected through execution by the care recipient thereafter, in order to approach a total target amount or target timing, and transmits the care data supplementation plan to the terminal, and the terminal presents the care data supplementation plan.
