Method for rapidly preparing soluble ammonium glyphosate granules

The invention provides a method for rapidly preparing soluble ammonium glyphosate granules. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding raw glyphosate powder and water into a preparation kettle for uniform stirring and mixing, introducing ammonium in a stirring process, and performing reaction to prepare the concentrated ammonia water of glyphosate; (2) adding raw glyphosate powder into a kneader, pumping the concentrated ammonia water of the glyphosate into the kneader for uniform mixing, adding an auxiliary and a filler into the kneader, and gradually implementing reaction to prepare a solid powdery material; (3) delivering the solid powdery material to a granulator for granulation, delivering granules to a fluidized bed dryer, and performing drying to obtain the soluble ammonium glyphosate granules. The method is moderate and complete in reaction, safe, environment-friendly, low in production cost, less in equipment investment and high in utilization rate, the raw materials are readily available, the production efficiency can be improved, and the labor intensity can be reduced.
