The invention discloses a real-time deformation contact monitoring device of an underground rainfall-sewage pipeline and a real-time deformation contact monitoring method of the underground rainfall-sewage pipeline. The monitoring device comprises an underground part and an aboveground part, wherein the underground part is a wide-range high-precision displacement sensing system, and the aboveground part is a remote real-time data acquisition system and conventional measurement points; an anchor head is welded with a stainless steel bar which is sleeved with a corrugated pipe, the anchor head and the outer surface of the rainfall-sewage pipeline wall are bonded with a cement paste, the stainless steel bar is hinged with a dragging and pulling steel wire and integrally connected with a wire pulling displacement sensor. Two wire pulling displacement sensors of underground measuring points are connected with a data collection box through a cable. When the tunnel is excavated, A and B points of the elicitation ground and C and D points of the upper surface of the rainfall-sewage pipeline wall are subsided, the new positions of A, B, C and D points in time t respectively refer to A', B', C' and D'. According to data measured by the regular high-range level gauge at A and B points and data in real time transmitted by the wire pulling displacement sensor, the deformation conditions of C and D points of the rainfall-sewage pipeline can be in real time monitored.
