The treatment of controlled analgesia of rectal morphine sulfate tablets for advanced lung cancer

Objective To study the effect of controlled analgesia of rectal morphine sulfate tablets for advanced lung cancer. Methods 80 cases were divided into two groups,each 40 cases,the control group were treated with oral morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets,the observation group were used rectal drug administration,then adverse reactions and improvement of pain and drug treatment onset time werw compared in the two groups. Results The observation group with respiratory depression,malignant vomiting,dizziness,headache and constipation proportion rate were significantly lower than control group(P 0.05),pain relief after treatment were higher than control group(P 0.05),pain relief time was and pain relieve time were significantly faster than control group(P 0.05). Conclusion Rectal administration of morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets can significantly improve clinical outcomes,rapid remission in patients with pain and fewer adverse reactions,so it is worthy of attention.
