The gas generating system is separately connected to the mass flux control branch and the branch of the gas source to be detected. One end of the sealing component is separately connected to the mass flux control branch and the branch of the gas source to be detected, and the other end of the sealing component is connected to the nitrogen oxide chemiluminescence analyzer. The method detects through the device. The method can effectively eliminate impurity interferences through impurity adsorber treatment under specific conditions so that NO detection is more accurate.
