O CLIENTE VIRTUAL : Uma Análise Estatística do Comportamento do Consumidor na Internet

The aim objective of this work is to analyze the consumer behavior of the Internet user’s in Campina Grande – Paraiba-Brazil. The used the Consumer Behavior model developed by Turban and King (2004). The empirical research has done with 196 Internet users from Campina Grande City. A form with 26 questions was applied by e-mails and personal interview using the above universe of study. In this research it was used a descriptive analyze, factor analyze. The result indicated that the Internet users considered quality, speed, security and privacy as important factors. Finally the work concludes two factors to have more influence in the consumer behavior internet users: productive and efficiency.
