The recent progress of diseases treatment is not completely realized because of low treatment compliance of the patients. Compliance can be divided into two parts: compliance itself (subjection), and concordance (cooperation) between doctor and patient. Factors which influence patients' attitude to the therapy regime can be divided into four groups: connected with patient, connected with doctor, social and economical, and peculiarities of treatment. The paper discusses factors and ways to improve the treatment compliance.
