Artificial Intelligence Techniques For Sentiment Analysis of Online Reviews

Nowadays people are used to express their feelings, their opinions about a topic through comments, tweets or images on social media like twitter and facebook. Social media is widely used by people mostly for this purpose. Sentiment analysis is a process by which we can analyze their comments, tweets, their emotions what they feel about a particular topic by applying machine learning techniques, natural language processing, fuzzy logic based rules etc. In this paper, various techniques of artificial intelligence used for analyzing the sentiments from 2012 to 2019 based on machine learning techniques, natural language processing, deep learning and fuzzy rule based system are discussed.
